2lbs sliced beef
Sauce:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 green kiwi (used as a meat tenderizer)
Vegetables:
Onion, carrot, green onion, mushroom, bell pepper.
Directions:
Mix everything together except vegetables and marinate for 1-2 hours (no longer or shorter).
Cook in a hot skillet until done. You can add vegetables at any time.
If you want only meat or without rice, use less soy sauce.
